Harness Fitment Guide:

A Quick Harness Wash Guide:

  1. Before we start, check the harness for any loose seams, holes or strings that might worsen or catch during washing. Use appropriate measures to remove any indefinable weaknesses before washing.

  2.  Secure all buckles and remove any spare items. Make sure that they will not be lost during cleaning. If using a product that has Velcro, we recommend placing the item in an old pillowcase.

  3. Pretreat stains. If the harness shows mud or food stains, we recommend pre-treatment. Apply desired treatment into the stain with your finger or a soft-bristled brush. If you don't have a stain remover, then use a heavy-duty liquid detergent that contains enough stain-lifting enzymes to remove the stain.

  4.  If you prefer, Hand washing in warm water is a great option. Use a hypoallergenic detergent that does not contain perfumes or dyes. We recommend specialty pet detergents or simply use one recommended for babies or anyone with sensitive skin. Harsh detergents with perfumes and dyes can cause skin irritations and problems for animals resulting in hotspots.

  5. Rinse thoroughly and focus on any of the buckles as they tend to attract residue. Make sure that you've rinsed the harness very well so that there is no residue that can irritate the dog’s skin.

  6. Air dry all clothing and accessories to ensure there is no shrinkage from excessively high dryer heat. The harness is designed for sunlight and can be air dried for fast and effective results.
